Buying and selling mutual funds

How do we process personal data?

To establish a mutual fund account in the online bank, you must become a customer of DNB Bank ASA by entering into an online bank agreement. Once the online bank agreement has been signed, you can establish a mutual fund account. When you open a mutual fund account, you are registered as a customer in DNB Asset Management AS (DAM). Your full name, Norwegian national identity number and information about whether customer due diligence in relation to AML has been completed will be transferred from DNB Bank ASA to DAM when you open a mutual fund account.

Your mutual fund agreement and any mutual fund purchase transactions are stored in our unit holder register. If you purchase mutual funds from providers other than DNB, no information about you will be transferred to external producers.
