DNBs Tax Strategy

Our tax strategy describes DNB's approach to managing tax and tax risks in all jurisdictions where DNB has operations or customers, investors or other stakeholders.

The tax strategy applies to DNB worldwide and is in line with our purpose and values and has been adopted by the Board of Directors of DNB Bank ASA. The tax strategy describes the principles and tools DNB uses to achieve its tax ambitions.

DNBs Tax Contribution

This report shows DNB’s tax contribution and describes the Group’s general approach to tax. The report presents an overview of the corporate tax paid to the various countries where DNB has value-creating business operations. Furthermore, the report, together with DNB’s tax strategy, constitutes our reporting on tax under the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), GRI 207.
