Tips! To process your application as quickly as possible, it’s important that you attach the necessary documents, and that these are signed. You must have an updated shareholder register ready before applying.

Do you already have an application started?

Who can sign?

The company certificate shows who is entitled to sign on behalf of the company.
If no specific signature rule is specified, the entire board must jointly sign the bank documents.

Can you become a business customer with a holding company?

Yes, a holding company is a limited company, but with a specific function. A normal corporation is engaged in the sale of goods or services while a holding company owns shares in other companies.

Have you not yet started your business?

If you don’t have an organisation number from before, that’s no problem.

You can easily set up a new business and become a business customer in DNB at the same time.

How can I become a corporate customer?

You can apply to become a corporate customer by clicking on "Start application with BankID" and filling out the application form at the top of this page. Make sure you have all the necessary documents ready before you start the application process.

Updated shareholder register
If there has been a change of ownership in the company, we also need a signed purchase contract

We use BankID to verify you as a person, and your role in the company. If you do not have BankID or are having log-in problems, get in touch with our customer service on +47 915 04800.

What is the process after I have submitted my application?

After you have submitted your application, a case officer will contact you to confirm the information and possibly ask for more details. The application will then be processed.

What happens if I cannot answer the call from the case officer?

The case officer will try to contact you multiple times. Either by phone or email. You can also contact the case officer yourself at nybedriftskunde@dnb.no. It is important that you write which company it applies to in the subject field.
