Here's what you need to register in order to complete your end of year review in DNB Regnskap

Opening balance

  • In order for the calculations in the tax return to be correct, you must register the opening balance on 31 December 2023 and the changes to the accounts during 2024.

There are two ways to do this depending on what data you have available and the package you choose in DNB Regnskap, SAF-T import or manual registration.

Import SAF-T file

  • SAF-T import is available to the Pluss and Komplett packages

The easiest way to enter the necessary data is if you come from another accounting system and have access to a SAF-T file. This is a standard file that all accounting systems must be able to provide and contains all vouchers, customers and suppliers from the accounts.

With the Mini package, this is entered manually.

Record the movements in the accounts during 2024

  • This does not have to be each individual transaction, just the sum of the movements per accounting account.

You must also register any assets the company has.

Buy and conduct the year-end review

  • And it’s all done!
