Simplify your everyday life with the Corporate Card app

The app is the primary verification method for approving online purchases when you use your DNB Corporate Mastercard or the company’s Purchasing account. This applies to purchases with your physical DNB Corporate Mastercard and purchases made with the business’s DNB Purchasing account.

Download the app in the App Store or Google Play, so you can continue to shop safely and securely online.

For the quickest possible approval of your purchases, we recommend that you:

  1. Activate Face/TouchID in the app
  2. Allow push notifications

You can do this in the app

  • See balances, transactions and payments
  • Approve online purchases
  • Take pictures of your receipts and store them together with the transaction
  • See the PIN code
  • Block the card and reorder a new card
  • Send secure messages to customer service
  • See all your card information in the app, including for administrators of a Purchasing Account

Corporate Card app FAQ

How do I log in to the app?

You can log in to the app with BankID, Face ID or Touch ID.

Activate Face ID or Touch ID by logging in with BankID.

If you do not have a BankID, we recommend that you contact your private bank so they can help you to get it.

Which operating systems does the Corporate Card app support?

For the iPhone, the two latest versions of iOS are supported.

For Android, the four latest versions are supported.

I have lost my customer ID, what should I do?

If you have lost your customer ID, please contact us.

Only customers without a Norwegian national identity number have a customer ID.

How do I store my receipts in the app?

Do the following to save your receipts in the app:

  1. Click on the desired transaction
  2. Click on the plus sign (+) in the top right
  3. Decide if you would like to scan or upload the receipt
  4. Save
How do I change notification settings in the app?

To change the settings for which type of notifications you want to receive, log in to the app and click on the cog wheel in the top right-hand corner. 

You can then choose whether you want to receive notifications about new purchases, account events, information messages and location-based currencies.

Remember that you must also allow notifications in the phone’s settings.
