Kortadmin (Card admin) – gives the company a full overview

All new customers who order a Corporate Mastercard with corporate responsibility will automatically have access to the Card Administration tool. The person who signs the application for the company card will receive an email with log in details for the tool.

In Kortadmin (Card admin), the administrator can easily order and cancel cards with corporate liability, see invoices and incoming payments, get an overview of all of the company’s cards etc. This is how the administrator gains full control.

Are you missing access to Card Admin?

Anyone who received Corporate Mastercard before 1 June 2022 can order access to Card Admin. Access to Kortadmin (Card admin) is signatory per procuration in the company, who also appoints an administrator.

Travel insurance included

Applies to trips of up to 3 months in duration.

The insurance covers:

  • cancellation
  • delays
  • luggage
  • travel sickness
  • repatriation
  • recall
  • travel disruptions
  • replacement (placing a colleague in a cardholder’s position as a result of a cardholder’s repatriation being used. Replacement expenses include normal travel expenses from the Nordic region to the foreign workplace)
  • travel liability
  • travel accident.

The insurance doesn’t cover:

  • travel where less than 50 per cent of the journey’s transport costs have been paid with cards associated with the agreement
  • travel that doesn’t start and stop in Norway
  • travel with over 3 months’ duration.

Book Now - Pay Later (additional service)

The service Book Now - Pay Later charges flight tickets on the departure date. This ensures they’re invoiced in the correct period.

The service costs NOK 70 per transaction/delayed flight, regardless of the length of the delay. You can postpone the charge by a maximum of 180 days from the date of order.

More payment days

Standard solution is 15 payment days from the invoice date. If the company needs more payment days, you can choose 20 or 25 days in addition to the annual fee. Please contact us on 21 01 50 01 if you would like to change this.

Receive eFaktura (eInvoice) in EHF format

If you would like to receive eFaktura (eInvoice) in EHF format, you can send an email to support@corporatemastercard.no , providing the company’s organisation number and contact information. Please write “Order eFaktura (eInvoice) in EHF format” in the subject line.

What is the Card Administrator and how can I get access?

Card admin is an online portal that gives the company a full overview of their card agreement. The company decides who will have access to the Card Manager (administrator) and can have multiple administrators on an appointment. The card admin is free of charge and will be automatically posted when you apply for the company’s first card.

How can I switch administrators in the Card Admin?

To switch administrators in the Card Admin, fill out the application form with information about the new administrator. Then send the form to: support@corporatemastercard.no

What can I do in the Card Admin?

Here are some of the features you can access when you have cards with corporate responsibility:

  • Full overview of all card holders, including inactive cards
  • Transaction overview with access to details such as exchange rate
  • Invoices with a 12-month history and payment status
  • Invoices can also be downloaded in PDF and exported to Excel
  • Incoming payments
  • See receipts, uploaded by cardholder in the app
  • Manage cards and accounts (lock out cards, order PINs, finish cards)
  • Simply apply for one or more cards
  • Order a new card if, for example, the card is lost
  • The administrator can log in with BankID
How can you remove the administrator and/or terminate the agreement on Card Admin?

Which credit limit can I apply for?

DNB Corporate Mastercard with corporate liability:

  • The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent selects the desired credit limit in the application: 10 000, 30 000, 50 000, 75 000, 100 000, 150 000 or 200 000. Please note that this is an overall credit limit that’s shared between all the cards associated with the agreement.
  • If you wish to change or apply for a higher credit limit, this can be done by sending an email afterwards. NB! Emails must be sent by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent.

What does corporate responsibility involve?

Corporate Mastercard with corporate responsibility:

  • the company undergoes a credit check and is responsible for paying the invoice
  • Requirement for two-year accounting, alternative guarantee from parent company in Norway
  • the approved credit is a total credit limit shared between all cards associated with the agreement.

Note: It is not possible to apply for a corporate card with corporate liability for sole proprietorships (ENK).

What is the security block for online shopping?

We want to ensure you feel safe when using your card, and our online shopping security block is designed to protect you against fraud.

You can choose whether you want your card to be open permanently, open for one hour, or blocked for online shopping. You can select this in My Corporate Mastercard.

When your card is open for online shopping, you can always shop at online stores that use Mastercard Identity Check, or pay your subscriptions. If you shop on a website that we don’t consider secure, you’ll receive a text message that you’ll need to reply to. You then open your card for online shopping for one hour. So, remember to ensure you have an updated mobile phone number in My Corporate Mastercard.

You’re always protected against financial loss – regardless of whether you’ve chosen to have your card open permanently, or just for a while – as long as you’ve managed the card according to the terms and conditions and haven’t used it negligently.

We already have an agreement – how can we apply for more cards?

For companies that already have an agreement for cards with corporate liability, it is easier to apply for multiple cards via Kortadmin (Card admin). If the company does not have Kortadmin (Card admin), this can easily be ordered here:

An Administrator is appointed for Kortadmin (Card admin) who will have access to manage the company’s cards, and apply for new cards.

If the company has kept the link that was sent to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent at the time of signing the agreement, this can also be used. This requires the signature of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent.

What papers are required when applying?

In accordance with laws regarding preventive measures against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, SEB Kort (SEB Card), as the supplier of DNB Corporate Mastercard, is obliged to obtain information about the company’s ownership structure and the company’s beneficial owners, as well as information about whether any of these are politically exposed persons.

This applies even if your business already has a customer account in DNB and has provided the same information previously to DNB. SEB Kort is a separate legal entity and requires its own AML checks.

We therefore recommend that you have the details of your ownership structure available before you apply for a DNB Corporate Mastercard.

How do I apply for cards?

The application for a card with corporate liability is made entirely by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent or administrator in Card Admin.

New Corporate Mastercard customer:

  1. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent can set up an agreement and apply for one or more cards via the link at the top of this page. Signing takes place with BankID.
  2. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent will receive an email with a link to the electronic application form for the company. This link can be used for future applications.
    A completely new Corporate Mastercard customer will automatically be assigned a user to the Card Admin. Here you can also easily apply for more cards on established agreements.

Existing Corporate Mastercard customer:

The administrator can log into Card Admin and apply for the card on the existing agreement. If the company does not have any Card Admin users, you can order this under Benefits for the business – Card Admin. Alternatively, you can use the previously sent link, if this is available.

Card purchase complaints

As a cardholder, you can raise a complaint about a purchase or a withdrawal if something has gone wrong.
