To change your insurance policies, you can write to us from the insurance pages in the corporate online bank.
To cancel, you can write to us from the insurance pages in the corporate online bank.
Here you’ll need to explain the reason for cancellation. We need to know the reason because it affects the notice period.
Are you switching insurance company?
In that case the new company will send the termination on your behalf.
For vehicles, separate rules apply.
To change the payment frequency of your insurance policies you need to contact us. The due date must be between the 15th and 25th of the month if you have an AvtaleGiro. If you have EHF or paper invoices, there are no restrictions.
We are available by telephone on 915 04800 on weekdays 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. You can also write to us from the insurance pages in the corporate internet bank.
Reminders must be paid before or on the due date to avoid the insurance policy being terminated.
For example, if the company has vehicles without insurance, the company will be charged a daily fee per day/per vehicle by the Norwegian Motor Insurers' Bureau.
If you have not paid the reminder and the insurance policy has been sent to collections, you will need to pay the collection fee and get in touch with one of our advisers on telephone number 915 04800. The insurance policies are not automatically reinstated when the collection fee is paid.
Complaints or appeals against damage settlements can be sent to us via email or via regular post to the address:
Fremtind Insurance c/o Complaints ServiceBox 778 Sentrum0106 Oslo, Norway
If you don’t agree with our assessment of the appeal, you can escalate the case to the Norwegian Financial Services Complaints Board.
In partnership with Fremtind insurance, we have developed a portal for your business insurance policies.
In the insurance portal you get:
Insurance agreements are renewed once a year. When the insurance policies are renewed, you will receive an insurance certificate with updated prices and terms.
As a rule, the prices are adjusted upward in line with the index, but the damage statistics for your area, age group, object type and the like can make the price change deviate from the index adjustment.
If the insurance policy covers more now that previously, this will also be reflected in the price.
The price adjustments vary between 5-15 per cent for the various products and in terms of your specific company, you’ll get an overview of this in the renewal papers.
In recent years we have seen an increased number of damage claims, especially related to water and fire, and we have higher damage payouts than before. For this reason, as well as the uncommonly high price increase of materials, the necessary price adjustments have been made to handle the increased damage payouts. The renewal terms consist of indexation and general price increases.
Society is about to return to a normal level of activity after COVID. This leads to more damage claims and damage payments for repairs have increased with inflation. Based on this damage increase, we’re making adjustments to our prices. The renewal terms consist of the workshop index and general price increases.
The consumer price index is a common adjustment for all non-life insurance companies. The index takes into account inflation in society and safeguards the damage payouts.
The insurance policy is subject to indexation as follows in 2022:
General liability insurance covers liability claims that come from an injured/damaged third party. The claim is corrected after the damage has been repaired by the injured party or their insurance company. Increases in salary costs combined with price increases of commodities mean that the claims that are paid out are increasing and will probably continue to increase. The above is reflected in the damage increase to liability and the necessary price adjustments have therefore been made to be able to handle future damage payouts.
You’ll find the pension and personnel insurance portal in the corporate online bank.
