The company is required to inform its employees about the pension agreement. As our customer, we’ll help you with exactly that. Through different ways, we make sure your employees are updated at all times.

This is a communication course with the goal of ensuring that employees are informed about their pension. All employees receive a series of emails relevant to their age and savings profile. The pension trip starts by signing up to a pension agreement in DNB.

We know that many people experience pensions as difficult. Most people need a good pension, and we have therefore made the Pension trip. Your employees will receive relevant information when they need it – automatically. The content of the emails is related to different events. Whether your employees change jobs, become ill or are approaching retirement age, we are here to get them ahead. Life is full of surprises. We make sure that pensions don’t become one of them.

For us to do this, we need your help. Log in to the portal and check that all your employees are registered with their email address.

Examples of events:

• New job: Information upon enrolment in the pension agreement. Get an overview, influence your pension, check your future salary and your pension is now put together.
• Job change: Information on withdrawal from the pension agreement. See what happens to your pension capital certificate
• Start downweighting: Information at the start of downweighting. Your shareholding is now automatically reduced, but you can still make changes.
• Illness Information on notification of illness from the employer. You can now apply for compensation, and any compensation has been granted.
• Planning to retire soon? Information near retirement age. Become familiar with your options, so you’re planning right for you.

The Spare app

In the Spare app, your employees get a full overview. They can see, among other things, a share pension, a return and monthly payments from the employer. The most important thing your employees do for their pension is to choose a shareholding. In the app, they get the current pension profile and the range available. And in just four clicks in total, they’ve made a choice that can mean a lot for their pension.

ePension

As a pension customer with us, your employees get easy access to e-learning courses in the Motimate app. ePension consists of seven short courses that explain what pension is, where you get an overview and how you can influence your pension. The courses are available on a large and small screen. Your employees get the knowledge they need, even when they’re on the go. ePension comes in Norwegian, English and Polish.

DNB’s Pension Prep

Every year we have a webinar for employees who have reached the age of 57. Here, the employees receive information relevant to future pensioners. The invitation is sent by email, and it is therefore important that we have the email address for the employees.

Every year, we have a customised life send for your employees from 55 years of age. DNB Pensjonsprepp offers lots of inspiration, useful tips and speaker from the top shelf. Those who miss the transmission can see the recordings and highlights afterwards. DNB Pensjonprepp secures the transition to pensioner life, and has received very good feedback from the viewers.

Remember to update your contact information in the corporate portal, so your employees receive an invitation email.

Helselos (Health Solution)

Helselos can be used by employees who are on sick leave or are at risk of becoming so, and is a free service that can be a supplement to the company's sick leave follow-up.

Helselos is an offer to our customers when the company has associated a disability pension with the pension agreement or other illness in the employee insurance.

With Helselos, your employees can get free healthcare assistance. In the event of a medical certificate, or a risk thereof, the employee may speak with a socialist who can guide them back to work. The social partner is supported by an interdisciplinary team who are all ready to help. Helselos is a service that can be a supplement to the company’s follow-up of absences due to illness.

Pension guidance for employees

The pension interview gives all employees over 60 years of age a thorough review of opportunities and consequences in connection with withdrawing their pension. After the conversation, your employees will receive a written document on the different scenarios.

With pension guidance in DNB, your employees get a safer transition to life as a pensioner. Everyone from 60 years of age gets a thorough review of the opportunities and consequences of withdrawing their pension. After the conversation, the employee receives a written summary of the different scenarios.
