Which customer loyalty programme do I have?

You can easily check which customer loyalty programme you have by logging in to the online bank and seeing which customer loyalty programme is shown in the right-hand column on the Start page. You can also check your customer loyalty programme under the “Me” tab in the mobile bank.

If you have a white card, you have an Ung (Young Adults) customer loyalty programme
A sea green card that says Pluss means you have the Pluss customer loyalty programme
Black cards with gold where it says SAGA are part of the SAGA customer loyalty programme
Black cards with white details where it says Private Banking are part of the Private Banking programme.

How do I get a customer loyalty programme?

You get a customer loyalty programme with some of our cards. These are the different cards that offer customer loyalty programmes:

Ung (Young Adults) for customers between the ages of 18 and 28 who want a debit card and attractive benefits. No annual fee.
Pluss for customers over the age of 28 who want a debit card and attractive benefits.
SAGA is suitable for anyone with an income of NOK 1 000 000, a total household income of NOK 1 500 000 and/or investable assets of NOK 2 000 000.
Private Banking is for people who have at least NOK 2 000 000 in investable net worth.
