Questions and answers

When do I pay the annual fee?

The annual fee for your debit card is charged to your account on the first working day of the new calendar year, i.e. at the beginning of January. If you order a new debit card during the year, you will not be charged the annual fee, but a reduced price that applies for the remainder of the year. The reduced annual fee will be charged the month after you order your card.

Do you have multiple debit cards?

Remember that you need to pay an annual fee for all of the them, including additional cards. See the price list. If you no longer need all of them, contact us by chat or telephone on +47 915 04800 and we’ll help you cancel the cards you’re not using. This way you save on costs.

How do I activate the card’s contactless feature?

Hold the card up to the terminal – you’ll then be asked to insert it and enter your PIN. The card will then be ready for contactless payment.

To which address will my card be sent?

We update your address directly in from the National Registry once a week.

More that you need to have the same address at Posten Norge if, for example, you need to receive a new card in the post.

If you need to enter a temporary contact address, you can do this in the online bank under ‘I’attached - Address and telephone number.
