Cards

The annual fee for your debit card is charged to your account on the first working day of the new calendar year, that is, at the beginning of January. If you order a new debit card during the year, you will not be charged the full annual fee, but a reduced fee that applies for the remainder of the year. The reduced annual fee is charged in the month following the card order.

Do you have several debit cards?

Remember that you must pay the annual fee for all of them, including additional cards. See the price list. If you no longer need all of them, contact us via chat or telephone 915 04800, and we will help you cancel the ones you do not use. That way you save costs.

We update your address directly from the National Population Register once a week.

Please note that you must have the same address registered with Posten Norge (the Norwegian postal service) if you need to receive a new card by post, for example.

If you need to add a temporary contact address, you can do this in the online bank underSettings - Address and telephone number.

Hold the card up to the terminal – you will then be prompted to insert it and enter your PIN. After that, the card is ready for contactless payment.

Is your bank card worn out or damaged? You can easily order a new bank card in the online bank or your mobile bank. Bank cards vary in price based on which card you must order, and are usually delivered in about a week. Contact us by phone on +47 915 04800 if you have any questions.
