When you buy insurance from us, we terminate the non-life insurance at your previous company. We do not terminate personal insurance (life and disability insurance, as well as children’s insurance) for you. You need to terminate these yourself, but you should wait to do so until you have received confirmation from us that the health certificate has been approved.

Yes We recommend using eFaktura (eInvoice), AvtaleGiro (Agreed, regular payments from your account to a specified recipient) or AvtaleGiro with eFaktura (eInvoice).

Insurance agreements are renewed once a year. When the insurance policies are renewed, you’ll receive an insurance certificate with updated prices and terms and conditions. As a rule, the prices are adjusted in line with index adjustments (general price increases for goods and services), but the damage statistics for your area, age group, object type etc. can make the price change deviate from the index adjustment. If the insurance policy covers more now that previously, this will also be reflected in the price.

If you no longer need the insurance that you have with us, you can write to us from the online bank and explain why you want to terminate the insurance. We need to know the reason as this will have an influence on the notice period. If switching insurance companies, the new company must send the termination notice on your behalf. You can set this up in the online bank under “Daily banking and loans” –> “AvtaleGiro and eFaktura (eInvoice)” –> “Set up new agreement”. Use the information provided on your invoice.
