• Application period for the retail offering: From 31 October 2023 until 8 November 2023 at 12:00 hours CEST
• Information on price and allocation: On or about 9 November 2023
• First day of trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange: On or about 10 November 2023
• Payment date in the retail offering: 10 November 2023
• Delivery date in the retail offering: On or about 13 November 2023
