Do you need medical treatment?

Send the referral to us

  • Log in with BankID, and use your agreement number that you’ll find on the insurance certificate from your employer.

  • Select "Medical treatment" and upload the referral. Take care to fill out all the information correctly to avoid delays.

Make sure the referral is clear and complete. Treatments you have already received cannot be refunded, so remember to get pre-approval.

Are you on sick leave or at risk of becoming so? Helselos is a phone-based service where you receive professional health guidance and follow-up based on a holistic assessment. The adviser is a social worker and is backed by an interdisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists and nurses.

What do others ask about?

What do I need to report a case to the health insurance scheme?

You will need your agreement number and BankID. For medical treatment, you must also have a referral from a doctor and attach it.

How soon will I be contacted after I have reported my case?

When you’ve reported your case, you’ll immediately receive confirmation by SMS that your case has been registered.

Falck Helse (Falck Health) will contact you to agree treatment and follow-up as fast as they can, normally within two working days.

How can employers use Helselos (Health Solution) for sick leave follow-up?

If your company has employees on sick leave, as a manager, you can inform them of this service so your employees are made aware of the Helselos service.

Why do I need to report my case electronically with BankID?

First and foremost, this is to ensure your privacy. But we also need your written consent in order to be able to help you. We can receive this electronically when you log in with BankID and report your case electronically to us. The alternative is regular mail delivery which can take several days.

How soon can I receive treatment?

You will be offered an appointment for examination or treatment within our guarantee period of 10 working days. The guarantee period starts from the first working day after Falck Health has received the necessary documentation from you.
