The company is obliged to provide DNB Life with accurate information when purchasing the insurance and about any subsequent changes that are significant for the insurance. If the company becomes aware of an injury to an employee that may lead to a compensation claim, this must be reported to DNB Liv without undue delay. As the insured/employee in need of treatment, you are obliged to follow the routine for reporting and pre-approval of treatment.

You will need your agreement number and BankID. For medical treatment, you must also have a referral from a doctor and attach it. Use of the insurance sets the same standards for content, quality and medical assessment for referrals that the public sector applies for similar medical cases.

When you’ve reported your case, you’ll shortly receive confirmation by text message that your case has been registered. For physical treatment or psychology, you can book an appointment directly, in the same system you use for reporting a case. For medical treatment or in cases where you’d like professional guidance, Falck Health will contact you to arrange treatment and follow-up as soon as they can. Normally within four working days for medical treatment and quicker for physical treatment and psychology.

Yes, you can book both physical treatment and an appointment with a psychologist in our treatment network directly in our solution when you report a case to us.

The insurance is effective from the time the company accepts the offer. If a date is agreed upon in the future, the insurance starts at 00:00 on that day. The insurance is valid for one year at a time unless otherwise specified in the insurance agreement, and it automatically extends for another year unless terminated.

First and foremost, this is to ensure your privacy. But we also need your written consent in order to be able to help you. We can receive this electronically when you log in with BankID and report your case to us. The alternative is regular post which can take several days.

You will be offered an appointment for the first examination or treatment within our guarantee period of 10 working days. The guarantee period starts from the first working day after Falck Health has received the necessary documentation from you.
