The company is obliged to provide DNB Liv with correct information when purchasing the insurance and about subsequent changes that are relevant to the insurance. If the company becomes aware of an insured event affecting an employee that may lead to a claim, this must be reported to DNB Liv without undue delay. As an insured person/employee requiring treatment, you are obliged to follow the procedure for notification and pre-approval of treatment.

You need your policy number and BankID. For medical treatment, you must also have a referral from a doctor and attach it. Use of the insurance requires the same standards for content, quality and medical assessment in referrals as the public sector requires for equivalent medical cases.

When you have submitted your case, you will shortly receive an SMS confirmation that your case has been registered. For physiotherapy or psychology, you can book an appointment directly in the same solution where you submit your case. For medical treatment or in cases where you require professional guidance, Falck Helse or a partner clinic will contact you to arrange treatment and follow-up as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can book both physiotherapy and appointments with a psychologist in our treatment network directly in our solution when you submit a case to us.

If your company has employees who are on sick leave or are at risk of becoming so, you as a line manager can inform them about this service, so that your employees are made aware of the offer we have with Helselos.

The insurance applies from the time the company accepts the offer. If a future date has been agreed, the insurance starts at 00:00 on that day. The insurance applies for one year at a time unless otherwise stated in the insurance agreement, and is automatically extended for a further year unless it is cancelled.

You will receive an offer for an appointment for your first examination or treatment within our guaranteed timeframe of ten working days. The guaranteed timeframe runs from the first working day after Falck Helse has received the necessary documentation from you.
