Go to Log In and BankID

Here you’ll find what need to know about logging into the corporate online bank

BankID with code device or app

With code device

  • Click ‘Log in’ in the top right-hand corner and fill in your user ID (two letters and five numbers) to go straight to the corporate online bank

    Forgotten your user ID? If so, enter your national identity number (11 digits) and switch from the private online bank to corporate after you’ve logged in

  • You can log in with BankID in two ways. Select “other BankID” and then “BankID”

  • Enter the 6-digit single-use code from the code device

  • Enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters

  • Click on the arrow to log in

With the BankID app

  • Click ‘Log in’ in the top right-hand corner and fill in your user ID (two letters and five numbers) to go straight to the corporate online bank.

    Forgotten your user ID? If so, enter your national identity number (11 digits) and switch from the private online bank to corporate after you’ve logged in

  • You can log in with BankID in two ways. Select “other BankID” and then “BankID app”

  • Click on the notification that appears on your phone to open the app. If you don’t have notifications turned on, you’ll need to open the app yourself

  • Authorise the request in the app

  • Go to the log in window in the online bank and enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters

  • Click on the arrow to log in

Forgotten personal password

  • If you have any other log in options than BankID (e.g. BankID on mobile) you can log in to the online bank and get a single-use password sent by text message.

Switch between online banks

Private and corporate

  • Switch between the private and corporate online bank:

    Log in by entering your national identity number (11 digits) and select ‘BankID’ or ‘BankID on mobile’

  • When you’re logged in, select ‘Corporate Bank/Switch Online Bank’ on the right-hand side of the online bank home page

  • You’re now logged in to the corporate online bank.

    On the right of the front page, you will see what your user ID is. It consists of two letters and five numbers, e.g. CB12345

Multiple corporate online banks

  • Switch between multiple corporate online banks:

    Log in by entering your user ID (two letters and five numbers, for example, CB12345). You can also use your national identity number (11 digits) and select BankID or BankID on mobile

  • When you’re logged in, you’ll find a button on the right-hand side of the home page that says ‘Corporate Bank/Switch Online Bank’

  • You can easily switch between either the private or corporate online bank or multiple corporate online banks if you have them

If you have any other log in options than BankID (e.g. BankID on mobile) you can log in to the private online bank and get a single-use password sent by text message.

Why can’t I get in to the online bank?

There may be several reasons you cannot access the online bank. It may be a problem with the browser, BankID, the code device or that the systems are temporarily unavailable.
