AvtaleGiro is a service where your business can automatically collect recurring bills electronically.

How do I get started with invoicing using AvtaleGiro?

You create an AvtaleGiro recipient agreement in the online bank.

If you do not already have a payment agreement on the account (for example an OCR agreement), you must order this first.

Are you experiencing payments being stopped due to the payer's amount limit?

With the mandate API, you can check the status of individual standing payment orders (FBO - Faste Betalings Oppdrag). This can be useful for accretive sales, price changes, or to reduce the burden on the customer service centre at the payee. By testing the amount limit in advance, you can communicate with the payer and prevent payments from being stopped.

How do I order the service?

You must enter into a separate supplementary agreement for AvtaleGiro with electronic agreement entry, in addition to the standard payee agreement. Contact the Business Centre for assistance.
