Telephone banking service and TeleGiro
With the telephone banking service, you can check your balance and transfer money between your own accounts using your phone around the clock. All you need is your personal code.
To pay bills, you can use TeleGiro. You will also need a code device. If you are an online banking customer, you already have access to this.

You use your personal four-digit code for the telephone banking service
You can view or create a new personal code in online banking under Settings - Personal code.
