At DNB, we do not accept Chip and Signature if there is a PIN keypad on the terminal.

What happens if I enter the wrong PIN too many times on terminals where PIN verification takes place 'locally' between the card and terminal?
If you enter the wrong PIN too many times, the Offline PIN will be blocked. This must then be reset at a terminal with Online PIN verification, typically an ATM (cash machine).
